In the DPRK a national meeting took place on May 1 at the People’s Palace of Culture in Pyongyang in commemoration of the 129th anniversary of May Day, the international holiday of working people throughout the world.
The meeting was attended by senior officials of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the government, officials of working people’s organizations, ministries and national agencies and officials and working people from institutions and industrial establishments in Pyongyang.
A report was delivered at the meeting.
