The Songdowon International Children`s Camp located on the shore of the East Sea of Korea is regarded as the cradle of children`s happiness.
Since it provided the first camping for children on August 17 1960, more than 470 000 campers spent pleasant and joyful days at the camp in the past six decades.
The head of a foreign children’s camping delegation said that they keenly realized through their camping life the reason why the Korean students sing the song We Are the Happiest in the World so earnestly, adding they truly envy the Korean schoolchildren who enjoy all kinds of happiness in the bosom of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
In the DPRK, the children of the working people including workers and farmers go camping free of charge.
