After the Eighth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea had finished, more than 15 thousand Korean young people proceeded voluntarily to arduous sectors and, this year alone, a great number of them are ceaselessly going to the major economic fronts for carrying out the five-year-long national economic development plan.
