On the same occasion, staff members of the UN resident coordinator`s office and country offices for the DPRK of the UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, FAO, WFP and WHO laid flower baskets at the statues of the great leaders on Mansu Hill.
With boundless reverence for President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who made the imperishable contribution to accomplishing the cause of global independence with their original idea and seasoned leadership, they laid the flower baskets before the statues and paid high tribute to them.
The ribbons of the flower baskets bore the letters “The Great Comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il Will Always Be with Us” and “The Great Their Excellencies Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il Will Be Immortal”.
