In the DPRK, research work to develop new medicines including Koryo medicines suitable to the physical constitution of the Korean people is more actively conducted. As a result, new effective medicines are more produced at pharmaceutical and other Koryo medicine factories, thus contributing to nutritional care of children and health promotion of the people.
