Since 2013 when he was a school boy, teacher Kim Chang Il of the Kim Hyong Jik University of Education has devoted himself to preserving the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun more wonderfully.
He was born in a local area. He has passed through the regular stages of genius education under the superior system of socialist education and become a teacher and master of historical science of a renowned university in the capital.
In May 2015, he attended the Second National Conference of Exemplary Young People of Virtue as a representative and had honor to have a souvenir photograph taken in the presence of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
