The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party sent flower baskets to the 8th Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
The baskets of flowers were conveyed to an official concerned by the Vietnamese and Lao ambassadors to the DPRK on January 6.
