The Pyongyang Essential Oil Factory was newly built on the banks of the picturesque Taedong River in Pyongyang on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers` Party of Korea.
The factory, where the essential oil research and production are integrated, will produce various kinds of natural, edible and industrial essential oils with distinctive flavours and fragrances.
The provision of scientific and technical foundations for the domestic production of essential oils and industrialization of their production has made it possible to mass-produce the essential oils urgently needed for the people’s life.
