It is a seaside hotel which provides the guests with an opportunity to stay with the local people and experience the living customs and family life of the Korean nation.
There are 1- or 2-storey Korean-style buildings and 2-storey European-style buildings—20 in all. Its accommodating capacity is 40-100 people. Every flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets for the owners and guests and a kitchen and a drawing room where they can have meals and tea party. And in the centre of the lodgings is a modern restaurant visitors can use as they like. The beach is at a stone’s throw from the hotel.
