It stretches out along the road to the sea across the Outer Chilbo Bridge down the Inner Chilbo.
Unlike the fantastic but dignified shape of Inner Chilbo, Outer Chilbo is featured by higher peaks and oddly-shaped rocks to give a majestic feeling. It is subdivided into the Manmulsang, Jangsubong, Rojokbong, Taphokdong, Kangsonmun, Tokgol districts. A pavilion furnished with a telescope is on Joyak Rock, which can be called the centre of Outer Chilbo. You can command a bird’s-eye view of Manmulsang.
