The Ponbu Kindergarten in the city of Sinuiju proclaimed its founding on November 1, Juche 43 (1954), covering a total area of over 5350m².
Equipped with all the facilities needed for educating and edifying children, the 2-year course consists of a low grade and a high grade, embracing hundreds of children every year. It teaches the mother tongue, arithmetic, singing, dancing, drawing, physical culture and so on.
