Streams of visitors flowed to the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun, the supreme temple of Juche, to mark the Day of the Shining Star, one of the greatest holidays in the DPRK.
Those who entered the plaza in humble reverence made a deep bow to the large portraits of beaming President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, the great sages of the revolution and eternal images of Juche Korea.
Their hearts were filled with immense yearning for the great leaders as they recollected the proud journey they had made following the Chairman, with the unshakeable conviction that both joy and hardship were glory to them when they were with the leader.
Service personnel, working people, youth and schoolchildren visited the statues and large portraits of the great leaders across the country including those on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang to pay homage to them.
