A delegation of special envoy of the south Korean president left Pyongyang on March 6.
Prior to departure, Kim Yong Chol, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, met and had a talk with the members of the delegation at their lodgings and saw them off.
