The centenary of the birth of anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk was highlighted by a national meeting, concert, fine arts show and other celebration events in the DPRK.
Similar events were held in Russia, Mongolia, Guinea and other countries in the world, with public figures in attendance.
Personages present at the events said that she was a great revolutionary who had faithfully supported President Kim Il Sung’s ideology and leadership and the most distinguished of her exploits was to groom Chairman Kim Jong Il to inherit the revolutionary cause of Juche. And they described her revolutionary career as loyal to President Kim Il Sung and dedicated to the country and people.
