On the occasion of the 80th birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il, floral baskets were sent to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill from foreign political parties, organizations, personages, missions of international organizations, overseas compatriots` organizations, families of those related to anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and overseas Koreans.
Written on the ribbons of the baskets were the letters praying for immortality of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.
