Stamp exhibition was opened in Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, on February 9, in celebration of the 80th birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.
On display were the photographs of portrait stamps of beaming images of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and also the stamps on the immortal revolutionary life and exploits of Chairman Kim Jong Il who led the Juche cause of socialism toward a brilliant victory holding high the red flag of revolution in his lifetime.
Also on display were the stamps on the praiseworthy successes the Korean people achieved in all stages of socialist construction under the leadership of the Workers` Party of Korea and other stamps philatelists exhibited to show part of civilized cultural and emotional lives the Korean people are leading under the WPK’s loving care.
