The woman sitting in the middle holding the certificate of donation of the KKF is Chae Sun Bok. She has been working for almost 50 years in the passenger transport service of the capital.
She volunteered to work in the passenger transport service when she finished middle school with resolve to contribute to solving the problem of passenger service for Pyongyang citizens which weighed so heavily on the mind of President Kim Il Sung. She has now faithfully been working to date.
She said: “I haven’t known any persons as yet like President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who had taken such thorny paths and undergone all sorts of troubles for our people only in their lifetime. So, I am taking this way constantly with the mind of a daughter to disburden the anxiety of her father from beginning of my social life up to now. Then, my donation to the KKF is what I ought to do as their daughter, isn’t it?”
