The people of Taechong-ri in Unpha County didn`t become the victims who had lost everything in flood but “recreationists” who were settled in the buildings of county-level agencies.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un took a measure so that the flood victims could live at the buildings of county agencies including the county Party committee and officials should set up tents and work there during the period of rehabilitation. Thanks to this measure, flood victims lived cheerfully at the office rooms specially arranged for their living.
With their homes and family properties lost in flood, the people smiled radiantly calling themselves as “recreationists”. Can anyone find such a surprising sight in other parts of the world except for the DPRK?
