It is a gift presented to President Kim Il Sung from delegation of Italian Committee for the Study of Juche Idea in July 1981.
Italian Committee for the Study of Juche Idea was formed in Rome by professors and doctors of Kieti University with the president as chairman in October 1980.
Having decided to present a gift to the President on a visit to the DPRK, they designed the gift by combining their collective wisdom and gave an order for it to a famous sculptor and devoted their sincerity for a few months to complete this gift.
The President saw this gift and thanked them.
