One day in April, a few years ago, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong on the 90th founding anniversary of the Korean People’s Revolutionary Army.
Looking round the cemetery he gave a significant teaching that the revolutionary tradition of Mt. Paektu is the strong root of our Party and revolution and noble spirit that our people and officers and men of the People’s Army should cherish forever even if the time passes and generation changes and the most valuable assets that should never be bartered for anything else in the world and that as there was April 25, which will shine forever in the history, today our revolutionary armed forces grew up and strengthened into the world strong army, thereby ensuring the mightiness of socialist Korea and independent and happiest lives of our people.
His teaching was indeed a precious maxim to the minds of our people which made them look back upon the origin of the great revolutionary spirit created by anti-Japanese revolutionary martyrs which is an immortal spirit, the ideological and mental assets more precious than anything else in the world.
