On the occasion of the 82nd birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il, honorary vice-chairman Sai Tiejun sent a floral basket to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un on February 14.
Written on the ribbons of the basket were the letters reading “I Wish the Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Good Health.”
