Photo Session with Members of Non-permanent Preparatory Committee for Launching Satellites

Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, met and had a photo session with members of the non-permanent preparatory committee for launching satellites who led the launch of the first reconnaissance satellite on November 23.

The participants were greatly excited by the idea of having a photo of honour taken with immense pride of having contributed to accomplishing the primary political and military task, the supreme revolutionary task of the state, under the wise leadership of the great Party Central Committee.

When the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un appeared at the venue for the photo session, the participants broke into thunderous cheers, looking up to him who is powerfully steering the socialist cause of Juche only to victory and opening up the golden age of building a rich country with a strong army by dint of his outstanding ideas and outstanding guidance.

Warmly congratulating the excited participants, he highly praised the preparatory committee for having fulfilled its responsibility and role in remarkably strengthening the combat readiness of the armed forces of the DPRK through the successful launch of reconnaissance satellite “Malligyong-1”.

He set forth phased goals and ways for translating into brilliant reality the long-term plans for developing aerospace technology mapped out by the Party.

Expressing expectations and conviction that all the members of the preparatory committee consisting of leading officials and scientists from major prestigious universities and research institutions would make multiple achievements in a row in the responsible work for rapidly ramping up the aerospace technical force of the state by thoroughly championing the Party’s policy of building a space industry in the future, too, he had a photo taken as a token of love and trust.

All the participants made up their mind to throw themselves into discharging the noble mission of making the DPRK a world’s satellite power at an early date by devotedly upholding the WPK’s policy of developing space.
