Supplying dairy products and other nutritional foodstuffs to children across the country at state expense was adopted as a Party’s policy at the Third Plenary Session of the Eighth Party Central Committee which was presided by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in June Juche 110 (2021).
Since then, as dairy products are ceaselessly supplied every day in disregard of day offs and holidays, the wish of mothers to grow their children healthily was accomplished.
