Sixty nine years have elapsed since the guns stopped firing in Korea.
The 1950-1953 Fatherland Liberation War was a fighting of life and death to the two-year-old young DPRK against the ringleader of imperialism, boasted of being “the strongest” in the world and its satellite countries.
The brilliant victory in the Fatherland Liberation War, later commented as a showdown between rifle and A-bomb, was brought about by the excellent military ideologies and Juche-oriented way of fighting of President Kim Il Sung, an ever-victorious iron-willed brilliant commander and a gifted military strategist. It is also the result of his burning love for and belief in the soldiers of the Korean People’s Army and the people.
There are a lot of stories on his loving care for KPA soldiers and people in the history of the great war victory.
