Early in the morning on June 20 Juche 53(1964), Chairman Kim Jong Il went out for a walk with officials in the garden around his office building after having sat up all night in his office on the first day of beginning his work at the Party Central Committee.
Looking up to the Party flag fluttering with great animation he said to them that now we have to fly high that red flag.
Then he told that yesterday President Kim Il Sung instructed him to work at the Party Central Committee and he was filled with deep emotion but felt a sense of heavier responsibility before the Party and revolution. And he manifested that he firmly resolved to hold the President in high esteem and bear the destiny of our Party on his shoulder true to his intention.
The officials saw the beginning of a gigantic historical event while feeling their hearts start beating strongly.
