A great number of Korean young people petitioned to be allowed to go to the major combat areas of socialist construction having borne the oath to vigorously demonstrate the indefatigable spirit of youth vanguards in the sacred struggle to carry out the fighting programme put forward at the Fourth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers` Party of Korea.
