In May Juche 46 (1957), President Kim Il Sung set out on his guidance trip to Sinpho City, South Hamgyong Province.
His special train arrived at a railway station near to Sinpho City.
At that time, he asked accompanying officials when the train would arrive at the destination.
He was told that it would arrive there early in the morning. He called an official and asked him to start the train one hour later as it might arouse the citizens from a sound sleep at dawn if it enters the city right now.
That day, Sinpho citizens were greatly excited with happiness and delight of having met Kim Il Sung.
But they could not realize why the departure time of his special train had changed.
