One June day Juche 87(1998), Chairman Kim Jong Il visited Jagang Province.
That day the Chairman inquired the leading official of the province about the arrival time of the worker delegates who would come to see a congratulatory performance in the afternoon.
An official reported him that the delegates from the farthest region were not expected to arrive in time.
The Chairman said that, if then, they had to commence the performance one hour later. And he added that though he was busy, he had to wait for all the workers to arrive and then the performance should be started.
This is how the story of love, that he waited about an hour for the worker delegates putting off his afternoon schedule, was told over the country.
