It happened when Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un visited the Kangso Mineral Water Factory early in June Juche 106(2017).
That day the officials and employees of the factory were about to pose for a photograph with the Supreme Leader.
At that time he said that the face of a woman worker standing beside him might be screened by those in front.
Mindful of her worry that she might fail to be photographed, the Supreme Leader asked the cameraman if he could see everybody.
Hearing that if people in the front row sat down, he would be able to see everyone, the Supreme Leader told those in the front row to sit down so that those in the back could also be seen.
The officials and employees were moved to tears.
Hence the picture showing all faces smiling happily and weeping for joy was taken.
