Boundless reverence for President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il overflowed across the country on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers` Party of Korea.
Baskets of flowers and bouquets were laid at the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang in the name of the Party, government and armed forces organs, social organizations, ministries, national institutions, units of the Korean People`s Army and the Public Security Forces, and institutions, industrial establishments and universities at all levels in Pyongyang.
A basket of flowers was also placed there in the name of the Pyongyang Mission of the Anti-imperialist National Democratic Front.
The visitors paid homage to the statues as they looked back upon the imperishable exploits of the great leaders who founded the revolutionary party for the working masses and led it along the road of victory over 75 years, thus raising the dignity and prestige of Juche Korea to the highest level in history.
A constant stream of visitors flowed to their statues and portraits depicting their smiling images in various parts of Pyongyang.
Officials, working people and service personnel also visited the statues of the great leaders and portraits of their smiling images in other parts of the country and paid noble respects to them.
