It is a comprehensive cultural recreation ground at the foot of picturesque Moran Hill.
It was inaugurated in July Juche73 (1984) and renovated in April Juche99 (2010).
It is fully equipped with a variety of modern and unique amusement and public service amenities. As it is located in the city centre, it is always overcrowded with visitors. A fountain, a waterfall and a pavilion add to the beauty of the park.
