Founded on May 9, Juche 36 (1947), it is a centre of creation and dissemination to further develop the traditional Korean handmade embroidery.
Since its foundation it has made great achievements. At present it is widely spreading the excellent skills of Korean embroidery in many countries around the world.
Many of its creations have been awarded special prizes and gold medals at international embroidery exhibitions.
Visitors will be given a chance of appreciating the Korean embroidery to sense its originality, superiority and beauty and may buy embroideries according to their likings.
