Ceremonies took place splendidly in all parts of the country to award the certificate of donation of the
Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation to donors on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il, or the Day of the Shining Star.
The venues were enveloped in a solemn atmosphere charged with ardent yearning for President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who had devoted their all for the good of the people.
The participants were full of a resolve to glorify the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun, where the great leaders are preserved in their lifetime appearance, as the eternal temple of the Sun of Juche.
