People’s Art Festival was held in Pyongyang in celebration of the Day of the Sun, one of the greatest national holidays of the DPRK.
The art and magic festival, which was divided into categories of art troupe, artistic motivational teams, mobile artistic motivational teams and art groups, drew more than 40 organizations and over 1 500 artistes and working people chosen from central and local areas.
Performers impressively represented the ardent yearning of all the people for President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, which is growing more with the passage of time, the conviction of sure victory in socialism and the revolutionary optimism with dances, songs and magic pieces.
