Resident members of UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, FAO, WFP and WHO missions and Jong Il Sim, widow of DPRK Hero An Tong Su, laid floral baskets at the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill on December 13 and 17 Juche 107(2018) to mark the 7th death anniversary of the Chairman.
They laid baskets of flowers at the statues of the great leaders, who made an immortal contribution to the prosperity of the country and the accomplishment of the cause of global independence, and made deep bows.
Written on the ribbons of the baskets were such messages as “The Great Comrade Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il will always be with us” and “The Great HE Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il will live forever”.
Baskets of flowers were also sent to their statues on Mansu Hill on December 14 and 17 by the president of Nigeria, Yuwen Middle School in Jilin Province of China, Switzerland-Korea Committee, family of Zhang Weihua, a Chinese anti-Japanese revolutionary martyr, family of Kim Sun Ok, a person related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, family of Ya. T. Novichenko, a Russian internationalist, family of former Japanese deputy prime minister Kanemaru Shin, representative of the Gunma Prefectural Council for Japan-Korea Friendship and Solidarity, and Angolan personage.
