Amid the laughter and singing of children reverberating across the country, a joint friendship meeting took place at the Kaeson youth amusement park in Pyongyang on June 1 in celebration of the 68th anniversary of International Children’s Day.
A variety of events were held in provinces, cities and counties to mark the children’s holiday.
That day a meeting with children with disabilities was also held at the indoor stadium of Taedonggang District in Pyongyang.
The meetings showed off the bright and cheerful looks of children who are growing up happily and vigorously in the embrace of the benevolent socialist motherland.
