As acclaim for President Kim Il Sung was ever growing around the world in the run-up to his 105th birthday, an art performance “With a Single Heart” was held at the Rungna People’s Recreation Ground in Pyongyang on April 16 as part of the celebrations events.
It was seen by senior Party, state and military officials, as well as delegates to the celebration events of the Day of the Sun.
Invited were overseas Koreans” congratulatory groups including that of Koreans in Japan, delegations, overseas compatriots, the representative of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-imperialist National Democratic Front, couples of diplomatic envoys, representatives of international organizations in the DPRK and military attaches, and other foreign guests.
The performers sang highly of the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung who had worked unprecedented miracles in history by defeating the two formidable imperialisms in his generation and devoted his all to the prosperity of the country and well-being of the people till the last moment of his life.
