All sorts of personages in Wonsan City came to a hotel where the President Kim Il Sung was on September 19, 1945.
The President met them and enquired into the city situation and gave valuable instructions concerning the construction of the new democratic Korea.
They were attracted to his prominent personality and doubtful whether or not he would be General Kim Il Sung.

As soon as the President smiled and told him his false name “Kim Yong Hwan” he then asked how old he was.
And he wore a disappointed look for an instant and then asked him once again with another expectation where General Kim Il Sung was as he had heard about his return home.
The President said to them that they would know his whereabouts if they went to the headquarters and asked it about. Then, all of them said that they must see General Kim Il Sung by all means and gain their desire one way or other.
At that time they couldn’t know it at all that the President always finds himself among the people and talks to them so freely.
