It happened in December 2013 when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave field guidance to a fishery station which reaped the richest harvest of fishes.
Feeling very much satisfied to see the fishes filled in a store of preserving salted fishes, he told officials to get a photo taken together with fishes to be supplied to military personnel for a background. And then, he sat unhesitatingly on the rough top of a salting tank which was impregnated with moisture and saltiness and invited them to his side to have a souvenir photograph taken and also in the freezing chamber where frozen fishes were piled up enough to reach the ceiling he had officials sit down to his side to get another souvenir photograph taken.
When an official said to him that servicemen were taking delight in eating more fishes than at homes and eating them every day, but it wouldn’t likely be an easy job to make their parents believe it, he laughed a hearty laugh, saying that their parents would be sure to believe it when they saw his photograph taken in front of a pile of fishes.
After all, his photograph taken in front of piles of fishes was a “Photograph Letter” of the Supreme Commander to be sent to the families of servicemen all across the country.
