The Workers’ Party of Korea set flat construction as a primary task in carrying out its major policies and assigned to the young people the task as whole to build a new street for thousands of flats in the northern gateway to Pyongyang.
Regarding the task assigned from the Party as the highest trust and pride, a great number of young people arrived at the capital city from all parts of the country to devote their patriotic zeal in the construction sites.
They will fully display again their heroism and patriotic devotion to be possessed only by the Korean young people.
