Foreign media of various countries including Iran, Brazil and the Democratic Republic of Congo carried special articles together with the beaming image of President Kim Il Sung and the fine art works depicting him.
The Brazilian Centre for the Study of Songun Politics said in an article posted on its website:
“Human history knows numerous stories about the great men who saved nations from the crisis of extinction. However, there is a story about a great man who is incomparably greater than the putting together of feats and devotion of national heroes recorded in history.
“That is the history of the bloody anti-Japanese war, the history of the Korean national liberation struggle, waged by President Kim Il Sung.
“It is quite natural that the Korean people and the world’s progressive mankind revere Kim Il Sung as a peerless patriot and unparalleled legendary hero.”
