National Sketch and Calligraphy Festival was held on the occasion of the Day of the Sun, the greatest auspicious national holiday.
The works deal with the history of immeasurable pains and devotion taken by President Kim Il Sung who had spent his whole life only for prosperity and development of the country and people`s happiness. They imbued the visitors with boundless yearning and reverence for the peerlessly great man.
On display at the festival were the works of diverse subjects showing the active reality seething with the struggle to fulfill this year’s assignments for the five-year plan.
