One day in August Juche 62(1973), Chairman Kim Jong Il visited a factory.
While walking into the place where the workers worked, he looked up at the ceiling for a long while.
Wondering what caught his eye, the officials accompanying him also looked up at that place, only to see tiny drops of water covering the surface of the ceiling.
Looking round at the officials, he sternly said that it seemed too humid there and that it was more important than the quality of products to direct primary attention to the health of workers.
Later, the Chairman sent lots of materials and facilities necessary for setting up an air-conditioning system, saying nothing is ill-spared if it is for the health of workers.
Later on, the workers could work in the perfect working place where the temperature and humidity were appropriate in all seasons.
