The Changgwang Restaurant Street in central Pyongyang is a chain of over 10 restaurants, where uncurdled bean curd, entrails soup, roast chicken, skewered meat by charcoal fire, tangogi, Korean noodles, rice-dumpling soup and pancake and other dishes good for health are served.
