September 9, 1948 is the day of great importance when the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea was founded.
From this historic day the mighty DPRK began to emerge on the world creating the world-historic example of the independent great power.
Celebrating this day, the entire Korean people paid highest tribute and made a warmest bow of gratitude to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, the founder and builder of the glorious DPRK and made a firm oath to build surely the ever-prospering socialist great power of Juche on this land under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
