You can find this delight in children who are glad to be school boys and girls having received new school uniforms, shoes, bags and notebooks, their mothers who feel the benefits heartily they obtained from the country while seeing their sons and daughters laughing and gabbling boisterously and educators who are engrossed in preparing teaching and fostering their proficiencies with pride they take in charge of raising the future of the country.
It is really the season when the brightest future of the DPRK comes into bud along with balmy spring days.
