After a while, he said: Schools, kindergartens and nurseries should be built and opened in November. As students and children in disaster-stricken areas do not have lessons, their missed lessons should be supplemented during winter vacation.
Accordingly, they were built first and the sounds of students and children reading resounded in the area.
