One day in July Juche 101 (2012), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un paid the second visit to Kyongsang Kindergarten in the Central District of the capital city of Pyongyang.
He was presented with bunches of flowers by children of the kindergarten.
After patting the cheeks of the lovely children, he said to officials that he came to look round the kindergarten again.
He went on to say he wanted to come to the kindergarten as he had promised to visit it again but he could not find time to do it and that only now he was there, adding that he was sorry for his postponed visit.
In May that year, on his first visit to the newly-built kindergarten, he had promised teachers and children that he would come again to meet all its children as they were tearfully following him, reluctant to part from him.
Without forgetting the promise, he visited the kindergarten again and yet he said he was sorry for being late.
He is really the benevolent father of children as he kept his promise with ordinary kindergarten children.
