On Occasion of 29th Anniversary of Demise of President Kim Il Sung Symposium held on Internet
On the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the demise of President Kim Il Sung a symposium entitled “The Most Precious Heritage of President Kim Il Sung” was held on internet on July 5 and also a lecture meeting entitled “Contribution to the Cause of Independence Against Imperialism” in Kampala, Uganda on July 6.
Juche idea advocates including Mayambala Rawrence, the chairman of the Uganda National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and Chairman of the Uganda Association for KKF, politicians, public figures and pressmen totaling some 20 attended the symposium and lecture meeting.
Saying that they cherished the memory of the 29th anniversary of the demise of the great leader President Kim Il Sung, the participants highly praised: “There is one ideology of giving a great impact upon the development of the era and transcending the margins of time and space in shaping the destiny of human being. It is just the guiding ideology of socialist Korea and the Juche idea which becomes the guiding doctrine for the cause of global independence. This ideological and theoretical treasure is the most precious heritage President Kim Il Sung left behind not only for the Korean people but also the progressive peoples.”
Participants held that the noble image of President Kim Il Sung who made a gigantic contribution to carrying forward the cause of global independence would be sure to shine bright forever in the hearts of the progressive peoples of the world.
