On October 23 Juche 91 (2002) Chairman Kim Jong Il met an official and informed him of a modern cattle farm built in Anju. That day the Chairman was very satisfied saying that he couldn’t help getting delighted whenever he heard a new thing was made for the people.
The Chairman said that he should do a lot more for our best people in the world, but time advanced one second by one second relentlessly, so he didn’t often look at his watch.
The people’s paradise was erected on this land as the Chairman had devoted his all regarding every second as the most precious and being so impatient to get one second by one second passed.
